Mubasher Fazal, MD completed residency training in Family Practice at UPMC McKeesport Hospital where he also served as a Chief Resident. He served as Chief of Medicine at OSF St. Francis Hospital. Currently, he works as an ER physician with the VA Health System. As a sleep specialist, he worked with Affinity Health System in Appleton, Wisconsin. He is board certified in sleep medicine and has a special interest in Traumatic Brain Injury and Gastroesphageal reflux. He is the medical director of Dumfries Sleep lab, South hill, Culpeper.
He has a strong interest in research and believes that a lot of research still needs to be done in sleep medicine.
