Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders received after 3pm EST may be processed the following business day.

We currently ship within US, Canada, South America and the Caribbean.

Address changes or corrections must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

2.1. Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, certain medical supplies, vitamins & supplements and janitorial supplies are non-returnable.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Exchanges are not available. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
